This clean, modern letterpress wedding invitation balances playful and formal, masculine and feminine. Designed for an chic black-tie affair, but with an updated, playful attitude, Craneway is minimal and flexible without being severe.
Letterpress printed in black on lofty white cotton paper, with black and white monochromatic finishing details like silk ribbon, RSVP envelopes, and postage, “Craneway” features an understated modern handwriting font for the names and headers, as well as a small-caps serif font for the bulk of the text. The invitation is oversized at 5.5 x 8.5 (A9), and letterpress printed on double-thick cotton paper. Its weight, size, and texture give the recipient a feeling of importance and opulence, but its modern design keeps it from being ostentatious. It is the perfect invitation suite for a chic, hip black tie wedding, especially in an urban setting.
For couples seeking a minimal yet embellished invitation suite, optional touches like the silk ribbon and wax seals are available. These custom touches add even more upscale elegance to the textured beauty of the letterpress. Coordinating day-of materials and wraparound services such as recipient addressing, assembly, and mailing services are available for an additional fee. Please note that suite assembly is included with the price of the silk ribbon, but envelope stuffing/addressing is not included.
