This festive, affordable letterpress wedding invitation suite features digitally printed watercolor illustrations and one color of letterpress printing (the text, rendered here in blue). The illustrations, including a burro, bright flowers, and papel picado, reference a Mexican celebration and bring splashes of color and a lighthearted joy to the design, while the letterpress-printed type maintains a level of formality. “Burro y Flor” is the perfect invitation for a garden wedding or daytime celebration, a Southern California wedding fiesta or a destination wedding in San Miguel Allende. The bright envelope coordinates with the text, and signals the festive atmosphere to the recipient even before opening. Optional edge painting (rendered here in bright pink) is also pictured.
This wedding invitation suite can be ordered with or without letterpress RSVP and/or enclosure card. It is printed on single-ply cotton cardstock, but can also be upgraded to double-thick stock. Coordinating letterpress thank-you cards and day-of items, such as menus and escort cards, are available by request.
Edge painting, envelope lining, guest addressing, assembly, and even mailing services are also available by request for an additional fee.
